The procedure is simple: We agree to terms on transferring the deed back to the resort, or to a new owner and then we have the proper documents drawn up and submitted to the proper persons at the county, resort and management offices. We offer the deed back as a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, this will cost the Home Owners Association the least in reference to transferring the deed back. More and more HOA'S are accepting deeds back to avoid prolonged legal battles that do not get the situation resolved. With our reputation in the industry and our commitment to our clients timeshare problems, most resort management company's comply with our request to remove you form your ownership immediately. We also have request for free timeshare units from our advertisements and as a back up plan we will transfer your unwanted timeshare out of your name and into our holding company name or directly into one of our free timeshare clients names.
