The procedure is simple:
We will have a new deed produced and mailed to you. We instruct you to have this signed and notarized in your local jurisdiction. You then mail this new deed to the county recorders office in the county where the timeshare is located. After recording, together our clients and our office will notify the resort owners service department of the transfer and mail a copy of the newly recorded deed to the appropriate manager for finalizing the transfer. Once the transfer has been completed you are no longer the owner and more importantly, no longer liable for any future fee's! |
